Does he keep the test questions to topics from Bottom Line and Lectures or does he also drag stuff out of textbook? You know, like stuff he doesn't mention in class, but was assigned in readings....

Hardin is smart but a total asshole. His exams are insane, no matter how much you study. I have never seen a more anal grader than him. The questions mostly come from the BBL even though he always threatened us with random book questions because he didn't think people were showing horton the proper respect. Definitely do practice tests and go to review sessions, our TAs would give us major hints about questions. Not to scare you off though, the class is really interesting and not too bad.

Go to his office hours. Dr. Hardin is very helpful and personable if you go see him during the office hours.
