^^yeah i know, i had heard nothing but good things about them when i bought it

it's a VX32L

^that's the thing... i was willing to pay more... but it seemed stupid to do so when i literally saw no negative reviews of this product online, it was rated higher than the Samsung panel i was looking at, and it was cheaper.

dnl, you need to utilize the Backspace button a little more often. Just hold it down til the screen goes white again.

Why did support tell you originally that they won't do anything to help you?

because they're reading from a script

Maybe but I doubt that's where the script starts.

dude we see this happen ALL the time at work.

And since its after 30 days we tell 'em to call/email/bitch to Vizio, not us XD Unless they bought our shiny service plan (which most vizio customers don't due to the price of plan:price of tv ratio), in which we put em on the phone with our ppl to make an appt. for service, obv.

i emailed chancellor Fox and CC'd Tom Stafford (student affairs) and the housing department after we had sent in numerous requests for pest control in the dorm. the last straw was a giant centipede looking thing crawling on my roommate's bed.

next morning before noon people were in the building spraying for pests. the resident director was not amused, but fuck the chain of command. i was a paying customer.

If you bought a good TV in the first place you wouldn't have to deal with this

And I don't know why people trust internet reports. There's no good statistical reason to do so.
