just because you are fit/slim on the outside doesn't mean your insides are happy. so maybe it isn't ok for slim / fit people to like fatty foods. slim people could still have vitamin deficiencies or high cholesterol etc etc etc.

that being said, i love fatty foods. and i am not fit.

i repeat, fatty foods are mm mmm good

For younger people, exercise (or lack thereof) probably ends up being more important as a weight control than diet. I'm sure we all know people that eat mostly fast food and can't seem to gain weight.

if i went to nyc i would need pizza, bagels, anything sold by a street vendor. dirty chinese food. i'm sure there's more. but the pizza and bagels would have to occur within the first hour of the visit

I'm refering to food, not people. Fat people have no excuse, but their disgusting selves.

Eating fat, doesn't make you fat AND fat eaten is not directly transferable to high cholesterol blood levels.

[Edited on July 9, 2008 at 11:53 PM. Reason : fat people = unhealthy]

oh i know fat eaten doesn't necessarily transfer to cholesterol i was just saying that all skinny people or seemingly fit people are necessarily healthy eitherrrrrr.

I believe it's perfectly fine to eat fatty foods some of the time, so long as you plan for it and eat well the rest of the time. I still eat nachos, yet I am still losing weight. It's all about accountability.
