Alright so Me and two friends are looking to get this house on Park Ave right by the ihop on hillsborough st. The place is right by campus but we need a fourth roomate. The house is 4BR and 2.5BA. Hardwood floors a fireplace and a big front porch. Rent is $400 a month before utilities It would most likely be a 12 month lease unless we can talk the landlord into a nine month lease. All three of us are males but girls are more than welcome. I am a senior and my friends are juniors. We are relaxed individuals, hard working but enjoy going out. This could be an awesome pad, so lets make this work
