my neighbors smoke and play BAD acoustic guitar.the smell and sound make me gag.

kind of musty. I think its just dust.
I feel stupid calling the maintence people to come check out a weird dusty smell.

could be from stagnant moisture trapped in the ventilation system...

usually running it for a few days will clear it out.
