Inflation is at a 17 year high (5%). Rates will go up by the end of the year.

It doesn't matter down here in 305. The value dropped 50% in 4 years and now most people have disequity. Plus taxes are like 40 grand a year it makes more sense just to not pay since courts are over 8 months backed up on foreclosures. State farm just came out today and said they are going up by 42% regionwide.
