the mechanics at Lee plant make trophies for one another from scrap shit they have laying around.

the "Great Idea" trophy is an old 1950s incandescent bulb in a socket w/ "Great Idea" wrote on it. they're switching all the plant's lighting to fluorescent.

there's a pipe fitter's trophy that looks like a wishbone made of braided stainless

machining trophy is scrap from someone's fuck-up on a lathe

some other one's i'm not sure of. one is a miniature mailbox made of all kinds of random sheet metal and shit.
