My old roommate went to bed one night and his girlfriend fingered her best friend on our couch. Me and my two other roommates just sat in amazement. They weren't really worth joining in (I didn't want to get caught and killed by him). We never told him, and they have been married for over five years now. He would have considered it cheating, but I don't think he'd mind if they just kissed.

I've actually always thought about this. Really depends on the situation.

- If it happened at a party and a bunch of people saw it and it was like a decent makeout...then I'd probably be pissed and it might cause a break-up.

- If it was something spur of the moment while she was wasted and dancing at a bar/club with a good girlfriend, or maybe some random girl just grabbed her and she went along with it for a few seconds (again, gf probably has to be wasted)...then I don't think I'd mind.

- If it was something that happened kind of intimately and with a little feeling...then I'd be a little worried. I'd need some reassurances that there was nothing there and she'd have to give some good evidence.

- Also...if it was something that happened during a random drunken night...then I'd question her randomly making out with another guy. If she could convince me that she only did it because it was a girl and it was harmless, then I might be able to believe that she wouldn't be a random cheater.


All depends on the situation.

Of course if I'm involved...then there's no way its cheating...

For me it would be. I would only kiss a girl if I was into her and I had no significant other. I have to have an emotional attachment and be in a relationship to do that. I DO LOVE KISSING!! It is one of my favorite things to do and is very special to me.
