Full dining room table set.

Table measures 5 ft. by 42 inches and includes a leaf which extends the length the table to 6 ft. The table itself has a wooden base and a faux-wood surface. The surface has no scratches or dents.

Set includes five of six original wooden chairs. Four of five chairs in the set need work.

Asking $100 or perhaps best offer. Must be able to pickup table and chairs.

When do you have to get rid of it by? Also, what work needs to be done?

It needs to be gone from me no later than next Friday, early afternoon.

The chairs are wobbly. Some strategically placed screws could probably tighten some of them up. One of the chairs actually could probably only use new plywood for the seat. One, the armchair, is actually fine.
