ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, everyone told me it was awesome until like a week ago.no more no more.

I mostly try to forget that year ever happened. I tell myself that i was involved in a horrible bus accident and was in a coma for 11 months. Sometimes i almost believe it.

I enjoyed my first year there, but the 2nd year wasn't as much fun. Got tired of people coming in late during the week and making too much noise.

i'm pretty much nocturnal so that won't be a problem.
7/20/2008 1:39:46 AM
I am too, but people coming in at 4am several nights a week playing loud music in the parking lot got old.

document EVERYTHING upon move-out. they like to screw you with false charges and most of the time students just end up paying it. i argued my charges because they said i didn't pay a whole months rent and some other bullshit, when in fact i paid the next month's rent on the 15th of every prior month. they told my roommate that she didn't owe anything upon move-out and a year later (last month) they tried charging me with her move-out charges because they can't organize anything and my move-out form ended up in her folder and vice versa so we both ended up owing charges. there's a lot more to it, but that's just to make a story short. and i know the u suites employees frequent tww so i hope they see this and know that people now realize how incompetent they are.

I lived at USuites for 2 years. Didn't really like it that much. Loud neighbors, mostly. Move-out was easy though -- no issues with anything.

Lived there for a year a few years back...wasn't horrible, wasn't great. Our apartment was newer and in great shape, no maintenance or bug problems. We were among the louder people there (drumset, lots of guitars, huge speakers and plenty of parties ) but noise wasn't that big of a deal. It's a college apartment, you deal with college kids. Management was always really cool to us, I actually got an unexpected refund of ~$120 when I moved out, apparently I had overpaid at some point. Wasn't a big fan of the school bus, but it was a free ride to campus so WHATEVRRRRRIt is what it is. As long as you know what you're getting into, it's par for the course. $1[Edited on October 29, 2008 at 6:21 AM. Reason : : )]
