Pesto... I just use basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, and parmesan. I just throw them all in, taste, and modify accordingly.

Peach sangria-- peach slices, white wine, either vodka or light rum, peach nectar, possibly some sprite.

Again, don't use recipes...so sorry I'm no help :/

thats my problem, I always just cook things to suit my taste, never really use recipes

but I've had pesto with pine nuts and with walnuts

I've also had sangrias with rum, brandy, or vodka... didn't know if there was a general consensus on what to use

cobbler is easy

cut up and put in however many peaches you want...you can adjust the ratio

mix up and pour on top:
cup of a.p. flour
cup of milk
cup of sugar
maybe a tsp of vanilla

stick of butter cut into patties at distributed on top

bake it at 350 until it's brown on top

I had the opportunity to get a ton of free peaches, but I don't have the time or inclination to do much with them :/
Same with all the blackberries I've been getting.

It's very easy to make freezer jam, and it's very well-received

My freezer is full of it.

I've been keeping my boss in the freezer jam, as well as my folks, and the friends who exhibit interest

I still think colter should get a hold of some moonshine (or buy a couple of half gallons of cheap ass 100 proof vodka, diesel or everclear) and buy a case of mason jars to fill with fruit and booze

it will make a nice gift come fall
