Now I can't sleep again, only this time I'm not busy with work. Wish there was a way to shut the ole brain down without drugs or alcohol or a bullet.

I used to walk about 5 miles a day. It just sucks to start from scratch now that I've let myself go... >.<

it does suck to start exercising after stopping. i developed a gym phobia because its like i walk in and people KNOW that i haven't been in awhile.

i'm sure no one is actually looking at me and judging, but it feels like they are.

Heh, kinda like missing church for me. Or skipping a few classes when the prof knows me too well.

Miss my Jimmy!

Actually I should be in a good mood, our pastor was taking requests from the audience about things to talk about, and answered my Q from last week.

I think that, as a rule, if you're a Christian, you're a hypocrite.

I do believe that Christianity has a lot to offer, in fact the most to offer, out of all the religions, but there are millions of people claiming to be followers of Christ that shouldn't be.

and what exactly does it have to offer that none of the others do?

well i always have had a gym phobia. i'm old school. i swim or run on the track and do weights. but this year i decided to try out the crazy machines. i was definitely scared. because they're like all lined up in rows so i know the people behind me are like wtf is she doing. and i don't understand all the buttons/modes/whatevers. AND i never even feel like i've worked out after running on the elliptical.

ok. thread hijack over

Christianity is the only religion to offer up the following: Origin, Meaning, Morality and Destiny.
