i never knew this

i just set up entourage on my mac to get email using our owa server (it uses webDAV though :\) after an hour of messing with the connection settings (turns out it needs owa from exchange 2003 to work, the /owa path maps to 2007 by default, /exchange is 2003.)

in case any of you want to do the same, you have to enter the server address exactly like this:

https://owa.yourcompany.com/exchange/youremail@yourcompany.com
(where owa.yourcompany.com is your owa server, and youremail@yourcompany.com is your exchange email)


outlook was muuuuch easier (due in part to the fact that it can actually do MAPI!)
just entered my exchange address & password, it automatically configured itself!
make sure you have the autodetect cname pointing to your owa server for this to work.


woooo, no more crappy owa lite client in firefox!
