Is anyone else here using Embarq's email and having problems? My grandfather has embarq dsl and for the last 48+ hours, the embarq email server has been down. It's only down for some users, so I don't see why they can't run it all on a backup server of some sort until they fix the main server. Of course, in typical fashion, they don't really seem to give a damn when you call and bitch.

haven't had any problems with email, but the modem had the dsl light on but not the internet light for many hours yesterday.
