Treo 755p, (blue) had it for 3 months or so. Good condition, 2 small scratches on perimeter of case. Comes with all original software, manuals, wall charger, headset, usb cable. I've recently upgraded to the curve and have no further use for this one.

put it on craigslist.. i put the same exact phone (blue) used 2 months, only with a wall charger (no book, no USB cable or anything else)...
