One bedroom in a 2 br 1 ba at Parkwood Village Apartments (one of the newly renovated ones) available August 18th. Its right on the Frat Court wolfline so you won't have to worry about getting a parking pass! Utilities will be electric and cable/internet so that will be about an extra 60 a month.
I'm a senior in PRT, play a lot of video games and don't really party. I cook, so keeping a clean kitchen is important to me. Same with bathroom- I have no problem living with guys as long as they have decent aim and put the seat down. I've had both male and female roommates and get along with both. My bedroom will be trashed all the time, but I keep my door closed. I probably will be working a lot, and will be joining the ballroom dance team if my schedule permits.
