i think tyson wins. i know that he is very controversial (and quite ludicrous, lol), but the records show that he dominated harder, and his ring presence was the most intimidating of any other fighter in any fighting sport aired in america. just watch all fo his fights all the way through, not just highlights, and you'll see.

in his prime. of course I saw that fight lol. anybody who knows tysons knows that I am talking about his career pre-buster douglas. after that his career was over. see the thing is that you probably did not grow up in that era. every mike tyson fight was like a superbowl or something - his first 18 or so fights were kos and he wasn't even 20 years old dropping grown men to the mat like they were jokes.

You mean 1985-1989 and failing to even qualify for the olympics? Thats a pretty short career. Especially when you became the youngest heavyweight champion ever.

Thats because they were jokes. He was fighting journeymen to build his record up. To be the greatest fighter of all time you have to have signature wins against the best of your era. What were Tyson's signature wins? A washed up Larry Holmes, a washed up Michael Spinks?
