I am thinking about starting on one. Anyone built something similiar?

yep. got one in the garage. My roommate built it a few years ago, but it broke, so I fixed it a few nights ago.

Does 25mph and has a beer bottle holder on the front

Oh yeah, the bike is like 20 inches tall and purple (made for a 3 year old or something)

probably some other stuff, but that's a couple i remember off hand. look under username Davesfarm. dude is my hero, does all sorts of cool stuff and makes the wildest contraptions. basically, he owns a bunch of land in canada and just does all the redneck shit he can think of there. he's a super smart guy too though, engineered his own pond on the property, has his own quarry for graveling his roads, etc. very impressive/resourceful guy. it'll take a while, but i'd reccomend watching all his videos. you'll defeinitely learn something, and laugh alot too.

How is yours driven? Chain or belt? Either way I would have to modify the centrifugal clutch. I guess by welding ( bolting?) a new sprocket that can accept bicycle chain to the old one or by putting a pulley on. Does anyone make a clutch that can just swap out the other one on the saw motor so I can bypass welding?

We just welded the gears and used the bicycle chain.

you could try to find an old yardkart clutch, that might work

the chain for these is really common

they're usually 35

most have changable drive sprockets (see that snap ring in the pic?)
