Yeah I know more about retail than I want to know. You don't have to man all 30 lanes with cashiers, but when both lines are 10 customers deep it's time to open up another lane. It's called customer service. Why are there 20 people waiting in line when there's two cashiers playing grab ass behind the cigarette counter? If management is so strapped for payroll hours that they can't provide customer service maybe it's time to reevaluate their business.
