on the cheap you can get a nice Wilson set from wally world. Go to a real golf shop and get some nice shoes and a nice putter (or at least a nice clone). $200 and you could be ready to go. 8/11/2008 10:43:27 AM |

I can sell you a set of older King Cobra irons for ~$140. (2-9 w/ a driving iron) You'll notice a pretty big difference between those and a Wilson set from Wally world. No woods included, can throw in a KZG sand wedge. May be able to scrape up a putter to throw in. 8/11/2008 10:57:48 AM |

I've got a Taylormade R7 quad that I'll sell you for 75 dollars. pick up a decent fairway wood and ^^ those king cobras are great if you're just starting out and you've got a pretty nice set for less than 300 bucks.

Have to agree with the Cobra comment... the King Cobra II Oversize has an amazing sweet spot for beginners. Bought mine in 99 and still keep them around. 8/11/2008 8:25:11 PM |
