dominating in the BK QB Challenge? I have been trying to show some peeps who missed it when it aired a couple months ago, but I can't find it anywhere on the web, even youtube.

Any one know where to find it??

i don't buy ANY statistics from a scrimmage except the kicker...

we need to hurry up and pick a starter already. the longer the player knows he is the starter, the longer he can get comfortable under center and work on USC, instead of competing every day.

glennon w/ 25 throws... next highest was wilson w/ what? 13? then evans w/ 8? burke and beck did not play.

i don't have any inside info, but it looks to me like glennon's getting the reps to get ready to start.

If I was TOB I'd be giving out fake scrimmage statistics to the media. I'd choose my starter sometime soon, but not let it be known to the media who the starter is until the day of the game.

Yeah, they probably knew the offenses plays when Glennon was in there. But the same holds true for when Evans was in there, and he was just about as solid as you can be.

Face it people, Evans gives us the best chance to win. This is a nationally televised game in a crazed environment against a damn good defense. I don't think it's the right enviroment to try and break in a brand new QB.

With Evans, we get a smart kid who struggled at times last year because of an injury. At times, he was incredibly effective (UVA game, ECU game). With the surgery, his arm strength should be improved.

Give Evans a chance this year. Know that we've got a wildcard in Wilson ready to go. Redshirt Glennon and let him get more-acclimated to his surroundings. Turn the reigns over to him next year.

On SFN they talked about this and said that Wilson is probably the starter and that the reason Glennon is getting a lot of the snaps is because they are still trying to evaluate him and get used to the system. besides Glennon has only been here a few weeks and the others have already had both spring and summer evaluations.

i really dont see him playing evans. i think he wants to go into 2009 with an experienced QB. starting evans now will leave us with a QB w/no experience next year and i think that's the first year we'll have a shot at the conference. starting glennon now will let him work out the kinks and get ready for next season, and quite possibly get us to a bowl game this year if things shake out right.
