its the stuff that some infomercial guy made up. supposedly this stuff that collects inside the intestines and is bad for you and blah blah and makes you fat etc etc. there was a rumor that john wayne had like 30 pounds in his system when he died (not true, of course)

he made up a product that "cleans" it out, when in reality it chemically transforms some naturally occuring mucus in the intestines into this really gross looking plaque stuff

so, in other words, the product does remove the stuff, but it also MAKES the stuff. its both the cause and the cure. pretty slick gimmick

its just that the stuff looks hilarious, once you see what it looks like, you'll see why its so funny that he tricked all these people into thinking they had that stored up in them
