I just hate the people that suddenly become olympic experts, or for that matter, experts in whatever sport/event that happens to be going on at the moment. You've never heard them mention anything about the women's figure skating (or whatever) but suddenly they are appalled at your blank stare when they start talking about it like it's the best thing that ever happened.

not really an expert. if you follow sports and pay attention to whats going on its not hard to point out flaws and mistakes. and you know when someone is doing a great job.

I watched some judo action from NBC's website. After about 10 mins, I realized that judo has some crappy rules. Even if MMA never made it mainstream here, judo would still be boring.

I might check out some tae kwon do or archery later today. I have a feeling TKD is going to suck, too.
