this thread has FAIL all over it because you started with the wrong year.

I think the year you wanted was 1989. Because the incoming freshman were born in 1990. My sister being one of them not only was alive during Iraq invading Kuwait...but she was born in the UAE during this time.

i guess if we could rename threads on TWW, i could change it to "events some of the new freshmen weren't alive to witness....some, not all. obviously some of them were alive to witness some of these events, such as RSX's sister, but like I previously stated some of them were alive, but not all"
