About 6 months ago or so, someone posted something regarding a program in which you go overseas to different countries for limited periods of time to ensure democracy in elections. You basically get transportation, room, and board to go around to voting stations in the country and ensure that there isn't any type of persuasion or voter fraud. I've googled and can't seem to find the name of the program. Anybody have any insight?
