I'm looking at an investment prop and I wanted to get someone to make a rendering of what the building could look like with a few exterior changes I'd like to make. I'm in my office until 6:30 and would like to have this back in my grubby hands by Thursday morning. Worth $100 of my hard earned money if someone wants it.

photoshopping a different color onto a building is easy

make new layer, pick color, alt+backspace, mask off area you want color to apply to, play with blending and opacity
