i read a while back about our S & C coaches were really into stretching exercises to prevent these types of injuries...oh well

bttt, how is the entire strength and conditioning staff not fired yet, with last years injuries in football and basketball, plus this years football injuries, these motherfuckers need to go.

how do you condition against:

broken jaw
concussion
ACL tears
stress fracture in spinal cord
ankle spains
etc...

I will give you a hint...

























YOU CANT

if you look back at TOB and this strength staff at BC they always had healthy teams...in terms of games missed they were always best in their conference.

I heard Clem Johnson was taking it easy on his jaw stretching exercises , and thats why he broke his jaw


seriously u need to be thrown in a ditch for starting this thread.
What the hell kind of stretching/strength program prevents you from tearing your acl?
