Some of them have really surprised me with their inability to work with their kids. It's really fucking sad, because by working with them (in the time that the teachers aren't around to fuck with my routine) I can instantly pick up on what works with them and what doesn't. It's not rocket science, you just have to think on their level for a sec and look through their eyes.

How did these broads ever keep their jobs?

It's just sad.
