I've done that before. Definitely cars coming through the intersection at the same time. Scared me so bad I had to pull over immediately. I think it was just because I was so tired.

if I'm dead tired and I have to drive, I crank the music on high with full bass and then "attempt" to sing along at the top of my lungs. It works, but sounds really gay and stupid. I survived a trip from ECU to NCSU after staying up for 2+ days. Good thing no one was with me cause I lost my voice after that.
