For anyone needing a student ticket, there's a good chance I may have one, but I wont know until tonight. I'll call my friends and see if I have one. If I do, and someone has a parking pass they could trade for it, that would be cool too.

So, what if you requested and won a ticket, but it turns out you might not use it anyway. Is there a penalty for not claiming the ticket? How about if you claim it and just cancel it later?

as long as you cancel it friday before noon, you should be good. You're not penalized if you request and don't claim it though.

anyone know what/where it says in the student rules that you can't sell the free student tickets? a freshman friend was trying to sell hers and i told her it was illegal, I just want to expand on it a bit more

i dont know if it's a student rule as much as it's just a general ticketing rule....you cant sell a ticket but so much above face value (i think), and since a student ticket doesn't really have a monetary value, you cant sell it

yeah, I found stuff referencing the "$3 above face value" limit, but for NCSU this is about the closest I got (from 2007)

I'm sure there will be plenty of people looking for student tickets, so I would go ahead and claim it and give it away to a friend or someone on here who needs one before just canceling it.

you go straight to 14/15. everyone who has been in the standby line, has gotten in the past 2 games. Ironically there were less who used it for the ECU game than the W&M game though.
