this isn't a good example of "hood music" which is why it raised my eyebrow. This isn't even in line with ti who is a good rapper. This is unlike anything i've ever seen. He's out of his genre. Johny Cash and many great non rappers "talk" their songs.

Its is apparently the #1 requested song and #1 purchase and made one of the biggest 1 week jumps of all time. Its funny because they don't play any t.i. AT ALL (not much atl based stuff period) in Miami so I had no clue he was still alive then on my drive up here as soon as I crossed the border and switched to a savanna station I heard like 3 straight t.i. songs and then 2 straight soulja boy songs. They love their crunk music down there black people and white people and I bet they play this as a "last song" at the clubs in the south so everybody starts liking it off of nostalgia. Florida is farthest south but it is not the "deep south".
