My box did the same thing last night. It kept trying to reboot and one time, I saw shit pop up on that box that I have NEVER seen before. It was like it was possessed by the devil.

Mine won't bring up the program menu today. Well, I guess it will, but it takes an extraordinarily long time, and that prohibits any scrolling whatsoever.

Maybe that's what he meant by "my guide on digital cable will not load the program data" ... I consider program data stuff like the summary though so maybe not.

my guide also takes forever to load. its unusable and the worst part is that it will take an hour to talk to a customer support person so i just say fuck it and don't use the thing i pay ridiculous amounts of money for every month.
