I'm having a problem.

I'm somehow not able to delete files off of my sd card that were placed there back when I had XP/a different pc. I also can't add files to it. I'm not sure if this is a Vista problem or my laptop's problem. Sound familiar to anyone?

Apparently the disk is write-protected..

make sure the slider on the card is not set to write protect.

Also if you're using a garbage card reader, make sure its write-protect detector thingy isn't bent out of shape so it detects everything as write protected.
