Has anyone seen this?

I happened to come across in on a **cough** movie site, and I hadn't heard about it before, but it turned out to be pretty good.

It has Hillary Duff acting like a slut, at the least, but it was a well done kind of dark satire on current events, with some really well choreographed fight scenes.
