Everytime there is some storm these idiots fill there tanks to the max when the refineries or whatever is closed. This decreases supply increases demand and the price go up (I doubt the supply goes down that much but hey share holders need to make more money). At the end it's these same people bitching about rise in gas prices. It's ridiculous.
