i have a small form factor Dell GX280 but i need to be able to connect it using a DVI cable (to the tv). the pc has an open PCI-Express and PCI slot.

can anybody help me out?

let me clarify, its a SMALL FORM FACTOR (SFF). so the video card needs to form to this. for ex. -
