step 1) get some thin cyanoacrylate (super glue) and nylon tape
step 2) wrap nylon around break, securing to the plastic as you go
step 3) saturate the whole thing with CA
step 4) wrap very tightly with saran wrap
step 5) wait an hour or two
step 6) unwrap
step 7) ...
step 8) profit
