Apparently Miley Cyrus is seeing a 20 yr old model/ aspiring country singer. I know she's loaded and hot but you'd think a 20 yr old would have enough discretion or enough taste to date someone closer his age. Not to mention that any hanky panky is likely illegal depending on your state.
