Just curious if anyone feels like there are any types of businesses you've seen in other college towns that Hillsborough St or the NCSU area doesn't have that you'd like to see.

As for opening a business on Hillsborough... My company was there years ago and we're considering moving back; however, we don't need all the space in the location so may consider starting another company.

in the same location? because that is a little far down for a lot of walk in traffic.

when i lived on campus i always wished there was a drug store, something with a little more selection than what you could get at the wolf mart. but then there used to be a drug store that didnt make it, so there probably isn't a good market.

if you are going back to the same location you need to find something that people will seek out

they should bring back the movie theatre. although i guess mission valley suffices.

more cool eateries/bar type places. i don't know i'd like to see different things instead of like random gift shops/5000 bad pizza places. ofcourse i don't live in raleigh anymore so it doesn't REALLY matter to me.
