Boomers turned 20 around the late 60s. That's pretty much the time when acid was being dropped left and right. Gen Xers got into the powdery stuff in the 80s. Both will fuck you up. But acid will leave a much more lasting impression on you.

last i checked, late 1963 and 1966 fell into Generation X.

Their kids learned it from their parents. The WWII generation lived through the most prosperous 50 years of American growth, and had absolutely nothing to show for it when 65+.

So, they decided to make their children and grandchildren pony up the bill in SS and Medicare, because they didn't save properly when they had every opportunity. If they can live, as adults, from 1950-present and have NO significant life savings accumulated -then fuck them and get their hands out of my wallet.

Many people do think that's wrong, but I don't think so. Generalizing and stereotyping are very valid ways to use information. It only becomes wrong when you don't allow for exceptions to general trends, and do not give an individual member of group X a fair shake and treat him as an individual.

I stereotype far more than most people, but I also have a very diverse set of friends, many of whom come from groups that I very negatively stereotype. But, every individual, regardless of group, should be known and treated as an individual with no assumptions about them personally.
