I think you can get them at Neomonde over by the NCSU arboretum. In the store though the ones already made are great in the deli.

you buy them at the very same middle eastern delis. At least thats where my mom buys the jars of leaves.

Nur Deli in Mission Valley should have them. They also have good feta cheese there.
