performance mostly.

if i bid and am awarded a job then that will make it higher, then if the guys in the field go out and perform well and beat the budget then that will make it higher.

it's good incentive for the office guys and the head foreman in the field to go out there and do it right because those guys get one each quarter too.

I got a shitty, shitty second quarter bonus.

However, when I get my 3rd quarter bonus it should be pretty baller. I'll also get my holiday bonus, and presumably wellness pay as well (not so sure about that one since I did miss about 2 months of work this year, but it was on medical leave so we shall see). Couple that with the fact that I'll probably be taking a week of vacation in November and I'll be coming out ok.
