No, he's raising the kid with the woman who gave birth to the child. Her name is Jaymes Foster, she is in her 40s and they are best friends. She is also one of his producers/managers or some shit like that.

Jaymes Foster is not a man.



PS - I still like Clay Aiken and I'm glad he came out. I think his sexuality was obvious from the start and I'm glad he's owning up to it. It shows courage.
