I work for Rothwell International Ltd, based in Raleigh, NC. And just wanted to run this idea by some of you who are entering the job market soon, and get some ideas. Below is a summary of services we offer any opinions would be greatly appreciated!!Let me first start by saying we are not a staffing company, so you can relax! We are a financial services and Employer of Record Company that specializes in taxation and employee benefits for IT contractors. I just wanted to take a bit of time and educate you briefly on how we can open the door to more available contract positions and how we can increase your bottom line income on a monthly basis without increasing your bill rate. Not only does Rothwell specialize in taxable reimbursements, but we serve as your complete back end office offering our clients basic client invoicing, tax return preparation; competitive benefit plans, and expense tracking that enables our clients to receive tax benefit deductions on a monthly basis increasing our client contractors’ monthly cash flow. By allowing Rothwell to act as your employer of record you will not only reap multiple W-2 benefits, but by allowing Rothwell International to be your employer of record you are making yourself available to more potential contracts. Companies very rarely want to use freelance labor (1099 contractors) due to IRS misclassification risks, and are weary of bringing on a contractor initially as a W-2 employee due to performance risks and costs to the company. What is the ordinary solution for these risks….Staffing companies that take ridiculous margins from its clients and client companies. Rothwell International makes it possible for you to be considered for these contract jobs without having to use a staffing firm that pays you 60% of what they are billing you out at. Rothwell International differs from a staffing company in which you will negotiate your on contract for any duration with any company. Rothwell is completely transparent with all invoicing rates seen by both the client company and the client contractor. Therefore Rothwell is not a staffing company, Rothwell does not have the enormous overhead that staffing companies have and we do not have the added expense of commissioned recruiters, therefore we do not work off of margins. Rothwell charges a fixed fee and is not interested in taking ridiculous percentages from our clients’ rates. But in summary, Rothwell International can open the door to more potential contracts for yourself, and if you already have a contract in place, I gurantee that Rothwell can increase the amount of money you bring home monthly through tax structuring and expense tracking.[Edited on September 24, 2008 at 3:42 PM. I'm sorry how is this not a solution...granted you are experienced enough and capable of going out and finding your own contract, you know longer have to rely on a staffing company being your employer of rep. saving you big bucks not to mention CPA's structuring your income that will on average increase your montly income 200-600$ more a month???

That is an entity located in the netherlands. (.nl) This branch is simply set up to service one large account that uses 100s of general (1099) contractors. Our US website is going live sometime in the first week of October. Our parent company is actually located in South Africa (Highveld.co.za), branches are now being launched in the US, Austraila, and Singapore. These websites are not elaborate due to the internet usage in SA and NL. The internet technology is 10+ years behind ours here. The language and verbage is slightly different due to different tax and labor laws.
