my physical therapists always gave me little contraptions that "help" with everyday tasks, but i never use them. ive got 2 arms that were made a couple of years ago, but they hurt and are difficult to use. im more efficient without them.

i don't have enough of a forearm to do tricep/bicep exercises. i sometimes will use a butterfly machine, and as of recently after my surgery earlier this year, my therapist showed me some exercises using a rubber band
