not buying anything for another decade at least. unless its in Costa Rica or paid for in ca$h.

now that I think about it . . . when you add taxes, insurance and repairs rentings a better deal. especially with all the depreciation going on.


looking for an apt to rent now. looking for a 1/1 in a high-rise. considering Trump Towers in Sunny Isles.

that tax break thing in south florida is really bullsh!t. we don't have state tax, so property taxes are outrageous. it doesn't really balance out.

TN is pretty good, no income tax, $900 property tax on a 200k home, 9.5% sales tax

i was fcking late. i just realized ... even with the market down . . . I should be able to cover selling and closing costs. i don't see a profit till like another 5 yrs or so. maybe.
