I made 6 quiche Lorraines and 2 seafood quiche for the coming onslaught. help me thing of some other things i can make this and next week and freeze. I have countless people coming and crashing at my house the next weekend!

What about something like split pea soup? Super easy, cheap, and freezes well.

Lasagna is also a good one to freeze

yeah, lasagna.... I got told I should just buy stouffers and bake them but i am too proud lasagna is always way more expensive than that stouffers crap though. I always want to put too much stuff in there. Plus, I kind of want to grill out or something, and theres a vegetarian coming. blah!!

Why not just make a crapload of kebabs and freeze them? Those would be easy to grill.
