I personally think he's an idiot for having let this go on for so long. During the documentary his sister got mad at him and basically said he would have to leave b/c she couldn't take it anymore. He wasn't willing to help himself out. He's supposed to have decided to have pieces gradually removed, also a doctor in London thinks that they can use ultrasound waves to coagulate his blood before the operation. Hopefully he will get the surgery before the tuber causes him to die.
