Why in the hell you wouldnt want that done at a shop is beyond me. It will get done faster, you will have a gaurantee on the parts and labor, and should something get damaged during the course of the job a shop will have the means to properly fix it while a jackleg might just rig it enough to get by. Call up a transmission shop, they are the most well versed at transmission R+R.

^^ummm the front halfshafts, the rear driveshaft, and most of the exhaust. Not to mention the whole shifter shit.

yep ... i know... i seen it done with a ppg gear install too but the exhaust, rear drive i figured would be a given with a longitudinal motor ...

And ZXappeal is awesome with all things!

There is also a method in which you can unmount the engine and move some fans shrouds and move the engine forward, without dropping the tranny.....
