chinese buffets can be great, but I can't handle that crap on lunch from work. Soon as I get back to the office I get tired as hell.

There's 2 BIG ones off Capital. Forgot the names as I don't work off Capital anymore so I don't pass them. One is right before the split of US 1 and 401 on the right under the overpass thing.

The 2nd one is like on the left somewhere near Millbrook and Spring Forest (maybe between the two).

I have a love affair with Grand Asia (its a buffet) on Six Forks (i think?). I would have married them and had their babies until they switched from the original kind of crab rangoon to the kind they have now (the same kind they have anywhere else). Now I'd just bwn and maybe be kind enough to cuddle afterwards.

Also, how does Crystal Palace compare to Ten Ten... as low quality but with a lot of options... or better quality with less options... or is it a Hard Wok on Crabtree kind of place

[Edited on October 7, 2008 at 4:27 PM. Reason : i like it because they have sushi on the buffet there, and its relatively good]

I did dim sum at Neo China for Chinese New Year this year. Kind of ruined Chinese buffets for me. For $10 I can get authentic Chinese or I can get sesame chicken and rice at a buffet. I think there is a Neo China by the Wal-Mart on Glenwood. Not buffet, though.
